Section 1 of 6

Before we speak.

Thank you for taking the time to fill this in.

These questions are here to help both of us. They give me a clearer picture of your life and what is on your mind, and they give you a chance to see your situation on one page before we speak in depth.

There are no right answers, only honest ones. Answer in as much or as little detail as feels natural. If a question does not apply, just say so.

Twenty questions across six short sections. There are no right answers — just say what comes to mind.

Section 1 of 6

About you and your household.

Please tell me a little about yourself — age range, where you live now, who you live with, and anything else that feels part of the "headline" of your life at the moment.
Who are the key people in your life that you think about when you make decisions (partner, children, parents, siblings, others)? A sentence or two on each is enough.
How would you describe your work situation today (paid work, unpaid work, retired, in transition)? Roughly how is your time and energy currently spent in a typical week?
Is there anything about your health, or the health of people you are responsible for, that feels relevant to long-term decisions? Only share what you are comfortable sharing.
Section 2 of 6

Your current situation.

Money, place, obligations — a broad sketch, not a balance sheet.

Without going into precise numbers, how would you describe your financial position (for example: "comfortable with some buffer", "comfortable but stretched by obligations", "still building", "concerned about future income")?
Where do you currently live (city / country), and how settled or unsettled does that feel? What do you like about where you live now, and what feels less than ideal?
What are the major obligations or commitments you carry (for example, dependants, debts, properties, businesses, family responsibilities)? Which of these feels most significant as you think about the future?
Section 3 of 6

How you see the world changing.

There are no quizzes here. I am interested in what you notice and how it feels from where you sit.

When you think about the next 10–20 years, what big forces or trends feel most relevant to you (for example: AI and automation, health and longevity, money and financial systems, climate and environment, politics and geopolitics)?
How do those forces make you feel about your own future — more anxious, more hopeful, both, something else? What worries you most? What, if anything, gives you hope?
Where do you currently get most of your information about these topics (news, podcasts, friends, advisors, etc.)? Do you feel mostly informed, mostly overwhelmed, or something in between?
Section 4 of 6

Decisions on your mind.

What are the main decisions you find yourself turning over in your mind these days? Examples might include where and how to live, how much to keep working, how to support family, how much to rely on or resist new technologies, or how to position your finances in broad terms.
Which of these feel like "now" decisions (next 12 months), which feel like "next" (1–5 years), and which feel more like "later" (beyond 5 years)? Rough groupings are fine.
If our work together went really well over the next year or two, what would be most different in how you feel about the future or how you are positioned?
Section 5 of 6

Safety, joy, and meaning.

When you use the word "safe" about your future, what does that mean to you (financially, physically, emotionally, in terms of where you live, etc.)?
What does a good ordinary day look like for you now? Are there things you know bring you joy that you have too little of?
What gives your life a sense of meaning or purpose at this stage? This might be work, relationships, creative projects, service, faith, or other things.
Section 6 of 6

Working together.

Expectations, preferences, practicalities.

In a sentence or two, how would you describe what you hope Sapero might offer you (for example: "a place to think clearly", "help turning information into decisions", "a long-term thinking partner", "something else")?
Have you worked with financial advisors, coaches, therapists, or other advisors before? What worked well, and what did not?
Are there any practical preferences or constraints I should know about (for example, preferred times of day, health or energy limits, language, accessibility, or technology comfort)?
Is there anything else you would like me to know before we speak that has not come up in these questions?
